✅ Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or in person.
- Payment can be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), Euros (€), Pounds (£), or Dollars ($).
- Full payment is required before the start of the activity.
🔄 Cancellation & Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your excursion.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be refunded.
- No-shows are considered non-refundable.
- In case of bad weather or unexpected events (e.g. road closures), Hello Morocco 2030 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activity. A full refund will be offered if we cancel.
👥 Age & Health Requirements
- Participants must be in good physical health and capable of joining the tour.
- For quad & buggy tours, drivers must be 16+ years old (some may require ID).
- Children under 12 years receive a 50% discount on most excursions (except massage).
- Infants (under 2) can usually join free, but please confirm when booking.
- Pregnant guests and individuals with serious back or heart conditions should avoid activities like quad, buggy, and camel rides.
🛡️ Safety & Responsibility
- Safety instructions must be followed at all times, especially during adventure tours (quad, buggy, camel, etc.).
- Our guides have the right to refuse service if a participant is acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
- Participants join all excursions at their own risk.
- Hello Morocco 2030 is not responsible for lost items, personal injury, or delays caused by external factors (such as traffic or weather).
🧾 What’s Included / Not Included
Each tour description clearly lists what is included (e.g., hotel pickup, guide, entrance) and what is not included (e.g., meals, drinks, personal expenses). Please read carefully before booking.
📸 Photos & Media
- We may take photos or videos during your excursion for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, kindly inform your guide in advance.
📍 Pick-Up & Drop-Off
- Free pick-up is available from most hotels in Agadir.
- The exact time and meeting location will be confirmed after booking.
Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
